Oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. Mechanic found a oil leak seapage and added oil dye for future inspection.

Had spare on vehicle. Had 4 new tires put on at Don Johnson. Upon pick up of vehicle, spare was just thrown in back. Seems as if they could have put it back in place and fastened into vehicle. No customer consideration unless your paying them for every second!!

The staff is friendly and happy to help you. There was an issue with picking up two pieces of steel in my tire, one that punctured it. They got my car in to fix the tire. We found out the tire had already been patched so a new tire is needed. A quote of three different tires was sent to me so I could choose what I wanted. Don Johnson Motors has been there for me when I need assistance. I truly appreciate them!

The last two visits I have made to the Don Johnson dealership in Rice Lake have been frustrating. The first issue was my brake lines were serviced and an air bubble was left in the line. I figured this out as I exited the parking lot and was not able to break, causing me to pull out in front of moving traffic. Luckily it was a side road and other vehicles were not traveling fast. At the end of this appointment I was also told some parts would be ordered so they would be there when I scheduled my next visit. I scheduled online and when I arrived I was told they didn't have the parts. The service representative also tried to sign me up for the same break service I received at the previous appointment. Lastly, the service representative and the mechanic did not thoroughly investigate a chirping/squeaking noise I mentioned which has been persistent before and after the appointment. I will be finding a different business to service my GMC vehicle.

I had Ryan, and Rob and Corey. I felt very welcomed. And very informed. Ryan kept me informed on the process. And was very nice. Would highly recommend Ryan again. Thank you very much Ryan I love my trailblazer.

Had a wonderful experience having my Acadia serviced. Service tech even found an issue that I’ve had for while. Great customer service and the work was done very quickly. They kept me informed every step of the way.

Very Expensive and slow. 2 1/2 hours to diagnose (not repair) AC issue while I waited. Service rep did not keep me informed about what was going on...I had to go back to the service desk after 2 hours to find out...waited another 30 minutes and I had to remond him I was still waiting for some report from him to which he answered "I'm going back now to check with the mechanic". They did not diagnose the issue and "guessed" it "might be" a valve. Charged one hour for "labor" for diagnotic $159.99 which seems very expensive for labor only...and additional $24+ for "fees" and taxes (taxes on diagnotic hour were about $8). They did agree to waive fees in this case, as service rep had not informed me that the charge would be more that the $159.99 that he had down for the hour of labor. Their estimate for valve replacement was $466.97. Decided to get another estimate and got the work done for about $300. Very Expensive Place...and service attention to customers (at least with the rep that I worked with) is not satisfactory.

Generally good, when I got ahold of people they were good to work with. However, they were very, very poor about letting me know when my truck was done. My truck was being fixed over three days each day I needed to find a ride to work and a ride home if the truck wasn’t done. Each day I would use the phone menu to try to get a hold of somebody to find out if my truck was done and would call every 15 minutes for hours and never get a human to pick up. Because I couldn’t get a hold of anybody by phone, the last day I had to leave my work and get a ride to the dealership so that I could actually talk to a human and then go back to work, which was a humongous waste of my time and could’ve been accomplished by phone or text. I also received a text at the beginning of this process that said they would walk me through things and keep me updated, the text was worthless, never sent me updates, and never responded to me when I inquired if my vehicle was done. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work that was done but making me have to stock the service department to simply find out if my truck was done at the end of each day was such a waste of time that I may look for other options for repair next time

She really went the extra mile, when what we thought would be a simple refill of freeon for our air conditioner- turned out being a more complicated and expensive repair - she noted in our file, that we Ally Premier Contract in our file and saved us a lot of money out of our pocket for this repair. Also she is just such a knowledgeable tech and kind at the same time, she makes us feel we are well cared for at this Don Johnson Motors in Rice Lake:)!

Always good but this last visit they rotated my tires and 30 mins after I left A service monitor system warning came on for rear drivers tire. I did a relearn tire pressure on it and comes up still 7 to 10 times a day. I've called and left messages twice with no call back.

I love working with the staff in the service department at the RL Don Johnson’s. I feel like a valued customer and they help troubleshoot how they can best serve me. In my recent visit it was determined I needed a loaner vehicle overnight while a tire was shipped. In my situation, I do not live close and I do not have a backup vehicle or an extra driver so having a loaner vehicle is invaluable. Details such as rides across town while waiting for services to be completed, loaner vehicles when needed, being constantly updated during service and friendly service members is what keeps me coming back to Don Johnson RL. Thanks for the great service.

Talked to your AI bot to setup appointment, arrived at set time and service team had no info on my appointment. Charged me $180 for diagnostics to tell me fuel line was leaking. I knew that. And then wanted $2200.00 to replace fuel lines. Excessive charges and excessive estimated costs. Took vehicle to another service station for repair. In the future I will probably use Don Johnson as a last resort for vehicle service. Just too expensive for an everyday person to afford and your AI bot needs to work.

Simple oil change...went from about $100 to about $200 this time, with no warning! Was told we'd have to get ahold of GM, as there's nothingthe dealership ciukd do. Had to search a number to call, because they didn't have one to give me. About the third number called, my husband was in contact with who he needed to be.

Brought my diesel truck in for a standard oil change. It was recommended to also change my dirty air filter and fuel filter. I agreed to both. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. This dealer is top notch. I get superior service every time I walk in the door.

I took my truck in because the Infotainment screen was randomly scrolling. The technician performed the required checks, and rather than jumping to a $1,000 replacement resolution, he did a thorough cleaning of the screen, which has solved the problem for now. I appreciate that he did the less expensive fix first, as other dealers may not have done that. Amanda is a joy to deal with on the front end, and I feel confident that I am in good hands with the service department under Melanie's leadership.

I took my Chevy Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted on my arrival, and everything was ready for me to sign. The service tech that checked me in was very professional and friendly. I waited for my service to be completed in their waiting room. I was kept updated by text messages throughout the service process. The service was completed very quickly and was out of there in no time. The service staff was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Thank you Don Johnson Motors for making this a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed that we were not able to get our “free” oil change extended. We go south for 3 months in the winter with our motorhome, so we do not put any miles on our car during that time. This we haven’t put on enough miles to need the 3 oil changes we were promised when we bought our brand new Equinox from you We asked the service manager but she said “Nope. Can’t. It’s all computerized”. I find it hard to believe that something can’t be done for us. We spent a lot of money on a new car and have highly recommended Don Johnson Motors to others. Amanda is the best

The phone system is inadequate. Several times I asked to speak to a service technician only to get a recording stating my name, number, and reason for calling. I never received a call back. Eventually I was able to make a service appointment with your AI person. It was confirmed for 7:30 on January 28th. When I got there the service person told me it had been scheduled for January 26th. I never received a text or email concerning the different date. In any case, they were able to get me in on the 28th. I do not like your phone service for making appointments.

I took my brand new Sierra 2500HD in to have rear wheel well liners and air bags installed and have the infotainment looked at because the on/off switch didn't work. I live 65 miles away, and since they needed to order a part and it was going to take at least another day, they gave me loaner vehicle, which was another brand new truck! Wow, I was certainly and happily surprised. The work was done and I was very satisfied. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with, and I am looking forward to having them keep my new truck in tip top condition.

Great service, on time always. Notified us of a recall we were not aware of and took care of it right away. Always friendly and helpful.

Service personnel were easy to deal with, but did not fix my problem due to not having the recommended part and won’t until sometime in May which puts me in a very difficult situation. I understand it’s on back order but it doesn’t seem to me that they are not going out of their way to try and get this part sooner then later they other means. I never did receive pictures or video of repair issue. I guess I just feel like a number and not a human being. I would feel much better with any update they can give me.

I had a very good experience at Don Johnson Motors getting my truck serviced recently. The service rep was very attentive and even helped me remember to use my coupons and points to reduce the cost of the service. Also, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes which was also impressive.

Hoping the problem was fixed. Sounded like a “we’ll try this and hope it fixes it” situation which doesn’t make me feel super confident but it definitely could be the problem and get us fixed up. Was disappointed it took a couple tries but I understand the intermittent issue of it. Have a hard time understanding GM’s take on the problem being routine maintenance when they put a new engine in it not long ago.

Tries setting up appointment in cumberland wi but not an option in the app. Disappointed with that since live 2 miles from it. When calling for appointment get a computer, really? And then the appointment still ended up in rice lake frustrating. Did get out of appointment within an hour. That was nice. Would have liked it more if they would do a little detailing, maybe even just vacuum driver area.

I'm very happy with Don Johnson Motors and their employees. They had me in and out in no time. They're very courteous and professional in their work. I will continue to go to them for my Buick needs.

I made the oil change appointment on line. When I arrived at the service center they didn’t open the doors. I went in and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them the email I received the day before, reminding me of the appointment for 10am. Also had received a text while I was driving the 25 minutes from my home. One service tech got another tech to look at it and said the 10 am slot was open. A mechanic was turning in keys and paperwork for another vehicle. The tech asked the mechanic if he was busy. The mechanic said “why?” The tech told him I had an email showing that I had an appointment at 10 am but their system didn’t show it. The mechanic made a huffing noise and said he guessed he could get started on it. He looked at me like I just destroyed his day. The oil change and rotated tires was completed. The tech said he didn’t know why their system didn’t show my appointment. Said he informed the manager and was told IT would have to find out what happened. I will not be back. Mainly due to mechanics attitude. Plus if I didn’t show them the email reminder I would have wasted my gas and time.
